We cannot provide legal advice. We provide self-help services at your specific direction, for clients representing themselves. We are not permitted to engage in the practice of law and are prohibited from providing any advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies.

What this service includes: we complete a legal form or template using the information you provide, entered as you provide it. We review your answers for completeness, spelling, grammar, and internal consistency of names and addresses.

What this service does not include: at no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, or apply the law to the facts of your situation. Choosing your document and confirming that it is correct for your matter are your responsibility.

You are responsible for proofreading your documents and correcting any errors before you sign or file them. Corrections to information we entered incorrectly are made at no charge. Revisions requested more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Court filing fees and government fees are never included in our document preparation fees. Those are paid directly to the clerk or agency.

Using this website or our document preparation services does not create an attorney-client relationship. You are representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake. If you need legal advice, or your matter is complex, consult a licensed attorney.
