Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 31, 2025

At Palm & Seal, we take pride in providing efficient and customized services. Due to the time-sensitive and administrative nature of our work, we maintain the following policies:

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Advance Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to appear for an appointment may result in forfeiture of fees or deposits.

  • RON Appointment Cancellations: For Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions, cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. This covers reserved platform time, ID verification setup, and administrative preparation.

  • Third-Party and Government Fees: Government, courier, and third-party platform fees (such as RON or apostille agency fees) are non-refundable once submitted.

  • Discretionary Refunds: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if services have not yet started.

  • Palm & Seal Cancellations: If an appointment must be canceled by Palm & Seal, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
